Lets say the dose is 0.01 mg per kg of active ingredient for an individual

and the patient weighs 166 pounds

£ 166 * (0.4536 kg / lb) = 75.29 kg ≈ 75 kg

then 75 kg * 0.01mg/kg = 0.
